Engagement Management Methodology
To ensure that our consultants are able to deliver projects consistently
within our clients' timeline, quality and budget targets, we at
SurfGold follow a project management process, which we call SurfGold
Engagement Management Methodology (SEMM). The main tenets of SEMM
are:
- Our consultants realize that a project doesn't start with a
formal purchase order, but it starts from the time we meet the
client first to understand its requirements.
- It is important for SurfGold to clearly understand the client's
brief and convey this understanding to the rest of SurfGold's
team that contributes to the success of the client's project.
- Timeline, quality and budget targets are captured as early as
possible and communicated to the team members of the client and
SurfGold as effectively as possible

SEMM provides the processes, steps, standards and tools to enhance
the chance of being successful in managing projects. We also know
that different types of project would require different extend of
management - the more complex a project is, the more effort will
be required to manage the communication, hence our SEMM is designed
to be scalable, so that SurfGold Consultants are better able to
balance between the need for managing communications and the amount
of time spent on managing it.
Having good experience in employing SEMM is our projects, we at
SurfGold are confident that that SEMM will continue to contribute
to the success of our clients' projects.
